Steamed fish

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean fish thoroughly using lime and water.
  2. Rinse carefully.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter, over medium heat.
  4. Add all ingredients except the fish.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add fish, cover and let cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with crackers, boiled green bananas, ground provisions or over a bed of white rice.

Notes

Note: **You may use any combination of vegetables.
